Journey of
oss10kg - 4

Dah kurus berapa KG dahhhhhh? Kahkahkahkah. Mesti tak sabo nak tau update kan? hhehe. Ok, sekarang dah masuk botol kedua. Baru je dua hari. Dari segi pemakanan semua sama. Masih hentam kromo. Tapi kekerapan makan dah kurang la sebab perut tak rasa lapar sangat. Kalau keluar brunch kul 10 pagi, dah makan nasi semua siap-siap, perut boleh tahan sampai petang. Bailk rumah baru makan. Tapinya tetap jugaklah makan nasi. Hahaha #salahkanDayah 3 minggu di intensif aku memang tak timbang langsung. Eh, bukan tak timbang langsung, cuma just not rekod la. Sebab tak berjogging, tu yang malas nak beria-ia timbang. Sekadar timbang main-main off rekod sahaja. Kadang-kadang naik, kadang-kadang turun. Tak faham aku. Tapi kalau naik pun dalam 100-200 gram sahaja. Don't panik-panik. Tapi yang geramnya, kalau turun pun dalam 200-300 gram je pun. Stress aku. Walking By Faith And Waiting

KJB Daily Devotion – Following Jesus Through Every Chapter Date: Friday, February 12, 2016 Chapters: Numbers 10-12 Message: Numbers: Walking By Faith And Waiting Hello My Friend, Perhaps the most frustrating thing to do as a Christian is wait for things to happen, especially when that wait gets up in the years. Many times we ponder things like, Is it really God's will?, Am I doing something wrong?, Am I hindering God? Why am I going through this? Id the devil doing this? Let me tell you, we all have questions like these, and while the wait does seem grievous God always has a reason for it, and if we keep trusting Him and walk by faith, the wait will be worth it. “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing... (more)

By Rev. Wayne Palmer Lenten Devotion Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot, who was of the number of the twelve. He went away and conferred with the chief priests and officers how he might betray Him to them (Luke 22:3-4). Read Matthew 26:1-5, 14-16. The religious authorities desperately want to get rid of Jesus, but the huge swell of Passover pilgrims that fill the temple courts are hanging on His every word. If they take any action against Jesus, the crowds will rally to His defense. So they concede they will have to wait until the Passover is finished and the crowds return to their homes (see Matthew 26:5). For the chief priests this is extremely frustrating-and dangerous. Jesus is completely beyond their control. If He steps forward during the Passover, claims Himself King, and begins a rebellion, they will be powerless to stop it, or to control the Roman military response to it. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, a possible solution appears. One member of... (more)

Iraq snapshot
Iraq snapshot Thursday, February 11, 2016. Chaos and violence continue, War Hawk Hillary Clinton continues to be pushed on her vote for the Iraq War, her War Hawk buddies also becomes an issue, and much more. Let's start with the ongoing Iraq War . Specifically, let's start with the decision to support it to begin with. Yesterday, the US House Foreign Affairs Committee held a hearing on Iraq, Syria and Libya. Appearing before the Committee was President Barack Obama's Special Envoy Brett McGurk. The original decision to support the Iraq War was raised. First . . . US House Rep Dana Rohrabacher: You know, frankly, we Republicans made a mistake when we backed our president when he said: "We have to get rid of Saddam Hussein." And frankly it looks like to me that all of this chaos and confusion that you're describing today that is unfortunately in your lap to try to correct started when we made a mistake [that] 'we have...
